Price : $145,000 – $165,000 MXN
2 bedrooms
Contents : Family refrigerator (12–16 cu ft), 4–6 person table, microwave + complete stove, complete kit for 4–5 people.
Price : $165,000 – $190,000 MXN
3 bedrooms
Contents : large refrigerator (16–20 cu ft), table for 6–8 people, more varied appliances (conventional oven + microwave, blender, professional coffee maker), complete kit for 6–7 people.
Price : $190,000 – $230,000 MXN
4+ bedrooms (villa / large house)
Contents : double door refrigerator (20–25 cu ft), table for 8–10 people or more, high-end appliances (oven + cooktop + dishwasher if requested), complete kit for 8–10 people.
Price : $230,000 – $300,000 MXN
Billing Conditions – Turnkey Service
The service includes 8 hours of assembly for the first room at a rate of 800 MXN per hour , plus 10% of the total purchase amount .
For each additional room , 3 extra assembly hours will be added to the calculation.
The final calculation will be done at the end of the shopping process .
If the amount initially paid covers these costs, they will be charged to the first invoice.
If the total amount exceeds the amount paid, the difference will be charged as an additional charge on a separate invoice.
If the final amount is less than the amount paid, a refund of the difference will be issued.
