3-4 seater sofa + 50” TV + armchair or pouf + TV unit + more complete decor (curtains, rugs, lamps).
Price : $55,000 – $85,000 MXN
3 bedrooms
Large sectional sofa + 55–60” TV + additional armchairs + decorative furniture (shelves, console).
Price : $85,000 – $120,000 MXN
4+ bedrooms (villa / large house)
High-end sectional sofa + 65” TV or projector + several seating options (armchairs, benches) + luxurious decor (designer coffee table, special lighting, premium rug).
Price : $120,000 – $200,000 MXN
Billing Conditions – Turnkey Service
The service includes 8 hours of assembly for the first room at a rate of 800 MXN per hour , plus 10% of the total purchase amount .
For each additional room , 3 extra assembly hours will be added to the calculation.
The final calculation will be done at the end of the shopping process .
If the amount initially paid covers these costs, they will be charged to the first invoice.
If the total amount exceeds the amount paid, the difference will be charged as an additional charge on a separate invoice.
If the final amount is less than the amount paid, a refund of the difference will be issued.
